Southport- Change of Use

This property had been utilised as a doctors surgery for many years. The project involved gaining planning permission to convert the structure back into two dwellings to maximise the financial investment for our client. Challenges we faced included bringing the structure back up to habitable standards to comply with current building regulations.

Wirral- Rear Extension

We designed this single storey rear extension with a modern, clean look that is both practical and inspirational. We were inspired by the property overlooking an extensive garden and felt that the architecture should look to frame the natural environment whilst also capturing natural light within the space. The vaulted ceiling to the rear created a spacious, light and open feeling to the kitchen, dining, living space.
